Medical Info: Seemingly healthy.

Hair: Short and Blonde.
Physical traits: Haruka is fairly androgynous, and this is reflected in a lot of her icons. You can safely assume that she is wearing masculine clothing fairly frequently. Her voice is also low and husky enough that the line between masculine and feminine is blurred. Feel free to mistake her for a man, or recognize that she's a woman! She won't really care either way unless you're confrontational about it.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Since the Outers are being taken circa beginning-ish of Stars, just about anything is fine save for... well, everyone dying horribly later! lololo. Also! If you want to recognize Haruka, that is fine-- if you want to recognize that Haruka is Sailor Uranus, I will ask that you kindly refrain or else talk to me first.
Abilities: HERE'S THE FUN PART. Haruka can transform into Sailor Uranus, the Sailor Soldier of the planet Uranus. As Sailor Uranus, her abilities are all wind/air-based; she has two attacks like this, World Shaking and Space Turbulence. Both of them involve blasting the enemy with a ball-shaped thing made up of... idk wind energy? IT'S BADASS OKAY. Her other major fighting strategy involves the Space Sword, which is her talisman. The Space Sword is a combination of a normal fighting sword and a lightsaber-- it starts out like a short sword, then glows and grows until it's really freaking huge and looks like a lightsaber. :|b She can also blast energy from that, too. As both Sailor Uranus and Haruka Tenoh, she can "read" the wind to sometimes predict events.

Outside of her Sailor powers, Haruka is proficient in martial arts, as well as piano accompaniment to Michiru's violin, and is considered in canon to be one of the top race car test drivers in Japan. She's also rather fond of driving motorcycles.
Notes for the Psychics: IS A SAILOR SOLDIER and as such has memories of her past lives from hundreds of years ago, protecting the solar system+Earth, and of being an Outer Senshi Guardian.

Canon: When the forces of evil decide to invade Earth, there's only one girl who can save the day: the pretty soldier in a miniskirt, Sailor Moon. With the help of her friends, the Sailor Team, she stops the forces of evil from taking over her planet time and time again. It's not an easy life for a Sailor Soldier, though. Sailor Moon, or Usagi Tsukino as the normal world knows her, can barely fit in enough time to fix her hair in the morning without confronting a new enemy. She is strong, both physically and emotionally, and is often admired for it by the younger Sailor Soldiers. Along with talents such as martial arts, motorcycle, and race car driving, Haruka also has the unique ability to "read" the wind (as it is her element).

You know, there's a lot I could say right now. But from what I understand, an audience with you is worth quite a lot, so maybe I should save the small talk for later. Elizabeth, right? What a cute name. I'll make this worth your while, Elizabeth. Now, it sounds to me like you've got more than enough time on your hands (even with all this mayhem - that's quite an accomplishment!). Not that I mean any disrespect to all your hard work with this place, but teenagers fleeing in terror from the lake monster is kind of hard to miss. So, if you lend me an ear - not literally, but thank you for the offer - you've got nothing to lose, and I get to be in the presence of a charming lady for a while longer. Sounds like a win-win situation to me.

First things first: let's not be unreasonable. A dominating personality can be attractive, but don't you think this is going overboard? What's so special that you need all this elaborate security, way out in the middle of nowhere? These crazy monsters - no, not you, you're as pretty as ever - that giant invisible barrier... I can't help but wonder why you're so scared. Hey, don't be embarrassed, we're all afraid of something. I used to be afraid that I wouldn't be able to protect the ones I love, but once I found my true strength, I could do almost anything - even protect beautiful girls like you, if you'd let me. Heh, maybe that's second-date material? Alright, alright. Then let me ask this instead: if you're trying to protect these kids from whatever's threatening you, why not treat them with a little more dignity? They deserve it, after these nasty surprises waiting for them around every corner. Now, I don't exactly mind saving cute girls in distress, but no one wants to go for a midnight dip and end up with a visitor that's the wrong sort of friendly. Do you get what I mean? If it's the kind of thing where they have to live in fear or else their lives will be in greater danger, then I can respect that on some level. Believe me, I know what a great responsibility protecting someone you care about can be like. Why don't you tell me more about that, hmm? It takes quite a woman to accomplish this much, so I'm sure you must have something important to hide...
